The strength of PCM is in its human resources, their development means the development of the company. This slogan has been the PCM’s mission since its very beginning. We believe that only owing to people, we manage to keep up the position of a leader in the targeted marketing branch. All employees are our assets. While implementing the developing process by our employees, we use well selected tools such as clearly marked career paths, coaching, mentoring, motivation system, training or integration events.
We have precisely defined purposes related to the employee development which make up an integral part of the strategy of the whole company. These purposes are also closely connected to the life and personal objectives of our employees.
Directed by the conviction that once a job is started at a given position, it need not be the “life-time” job, PCM creates possibilities for each employee to find its proper place. The career planning in the Company consists in the definition of fields which interest most and correspond best to the employee pre-disposition. Therefore, individual development paths are developed for individual positions.
The principle of employee promotion within the internal plan is entered into the Company’s strategy. Therefore, before those recruited, there are open such departments as marketing, sale, personnel, post mails, databases or telemarketing.
The purpose of the Company is to create the optimum working conditions in which the potential of each employee is best used. Capable, competent and hard-working people have attractive conditions for development. People starting work in PCM may become familiar with the highest standard of operation and show their invention, passion and creativity. In such a large organisation, each person who has rich ideas can find a good place for them, contributing to the Company’s development.
The clear motivation system of PCM imposes clear purposes to the employees, and at the same time appreciates the independence and initiative while performing their duties.
It attaches a great importance to the appropriate enticing of employees, applying clear principles for remuneration through objectives.
We support the development of employees with a large number of various types of training. Training activities cover all Company’s employees: telephone consultants, experts, middle-management and chief executives. On average, each employee of PCM had 10 days of training in 2006.
While organising external training, the Company takes care to select the professional coaches, applying the newest training techniques. PCM also has its own Training Department which acts flexibly in all branches.
As we want the work in PCM to be an interesting and developing challenge, our organisational culture is an ideal place to reveal the resources dormant in each employee. We have been attaching importance to good and friendly ambience. We take care of relations between superiors and employees to be good. That is why we have been handling numerous competitions, among others, the Professionalist of the Year, the Employee of the Year, the Colleague of the Year, we select PCM Miss and Mister and we organise integration events.
