PCM has unique, largest resources of customer databases used for marketing actions. We make it possible for you to get to the customers in Poland and in other countries.
Our bases contain abundant information and are highly updated and efficient. Cyclic updating of databases by our telemarketing department and everyday updating of database fragments used in the campaigns implemented by our company (telemarketing, direct mail, e-mailing) have it that the level of updatedness of the data has been permanently kept at a very high level. The average updatedness of the databases in telemarketing campaigns is 95%, and in case of dispatches 97%. It is also important that owing to our own Call Center we not only keep up the updatedness of the databases, but also permanently work on their development by subsequent criteria. This also allows us to acquire very quickly and efficiently the information crucial for the customer which we don’t have at the moment.

The big number of criteria allows for a very detailed analyses of databases used by our customers, owing to which we indicate the most effective and efficient target groups. We can also modify the databases currently, for instance during a telemarketing campaign implemented in PCM excluding groups of least effective records and replacing them with groups of a higher efficiency.

The uniqueness of the ELITA database consists in the uniform manner of information collecting. The data for the databases were acquired by the consultants employed in PCM who personally visited households in large cities. A large number of reliably collected data and their cyclic updating ensure high efficiency of activities.
NEGATYW – database of non-existing companies

The NEGATYW base is a specification of records of companies which do not operate in the market any more. This allows to eliminate obsolete records from your own business database or from that purchased in another company. It is important that the cost of counselling of an obsolete record is about four times lower than the cost borne on telemarketing or mailing. This also allows to reduce the costs of database updating.

For those interested in expanding into other markets in Europe or the USA, PCM also enables contact with potential foreign customers. We provide access to the best databases available and we can contact potential foreign customers through either our multilingual Call Center or by direct mail. Thanks to the close cooperation of foreign database owners, PCM has access to more than 2,000 business and consumer databases from 21 EU countries and the USA.
